The hotel had some difficulties with the check-in time, and the rooms were quite new, making the doors hard to open. However, our spacious room in a neighboring building was a pleasant surprise. I have been at the Thunderbird for three weeks now, one week in the old rooms and two weeks in the new rooms. The old rooms seem a bit worn, especially with the wood floors needing repair. In room 115 where we stayed for two weeks, the wood floor was damaged. Despite these issues, the new rooms offer a better experience overall.
